SMS Appointment Messaging Policy

ChairSense provides SMS appointment scheduling software for barbershops and salons.
Customers may text participating business numbers to:
• Book appointments
• Reschedule appointments
• Receive appointment confirmations
• Receive appointment reminders
Messages are transactional only. ChairSense does not send marketing or promotional SMS messages.

Opt-In Consent

Customers opt in to receive SMS messages by voluntarily sending a message to a participating business phone number using ChairSense scheduling services.

By texting a business number, customers agree to receive appointment-related SMS messages such as confirmations and reminders.

Opt-Out

Customers can opt out at any time by replying STOP.

After opting out, no additional SMS messages will be sent unless the customer replies START.
